Join us for an exceptional evening of wine with Matthew Davison, a Wingerworth-born sommelier with over 15 years’ experience at some of the UK’s leading restaurants, including Restaurant Sat Bains, Fischer’s Baslow Hall and three-Michelin-starred Moor Hall. Now with Keeling Andrew, Matthew will guide you through a handpicked selection of exceptional wines, expertly paired with a curated menu.
To complement these exceptional wines, our chefs have crafted a carefully considered tasting menu, designed to enhance each pairing. Using seasonal ingredients sourced from our Walton Lodge Farm Estate and trusted local producers, every dish reflects the same commitment to quality, provenance and flavour. This special food and wine tasting event in Derbyshire promises an evening of discovery, indulgence and expertly matched pairings in a beautiful setting close to the Peak District National Park.
The evening starts at 6.45pm with canapés and an arrival drink, with food served at 7.30pm, and aims to finish at 11pm. There is also an opportunity to purchase the wine on the night if it takes your fancy.
