What time is check-in?
Our check-in service is available from 3pm daily.

What time is check-out?
Our check-out service runs until 11am daily.

Can I extend my check-out time?
Our standard check-out time runs until 11am daily. We do provide the option of a late check-out time of 12pm for an additional charge of £10.

Are there any special touches I can add to my room?
We offer a variety of enhancements to bedrooms for an additional charge to ensure your stay is extra special. From fresh rose petals to welcome you into your bedroom or a chilled bottle of our house Champagne to sip upon arrival, we have everything needed to ensure a relaxing and memorable stay.

Is free parking available?
Complimentary parking is available to all hotel residents and guests. You may be asked to supply your car registration details upon arrival for security purposes.

Do you offer a children’s menu?
We offer a children’s menu during both lunch and dinner upon request. We can also accommodate new and adapt existing menu items to suit children.

What measures do you currently have in place for Covid-19?

We continue to remain vigilant and collectively mandate a clean and safe environment for each of our guests.

Masks are no longer a compulsory measure when moving around the property, with both our guests and our staff using their discretion as to the wearing of these. Hand sanitiser remains available at all public touchpoints within the hotel and we continue to place hygiene and cleanliness as a priority in these areas and throughout.

We will continue to follow government guidance in accordance with any updates.
