Our exclusive Wine Series evenings are inspired by Red Lion Restaurant Food & Beverage Manager Adrian Tinis’ with his strong connections to a network of suppliers, winemakers and wine educators. Each journey through a country or region is designed to celebrate our compelling wine list, something that has very much contributed to Peak Edge Hotel’s prestigious nomination (as part of the small, independent Casa Hotels Group) in this year’s Publican Awards for Best Drinks Offer.
