Nestled on the edge of the beautiful Peak District, the historic Red Lion Pub and Restaurant boasts a warm and friendly relaxed atmosphere serving a menu that shouts out fresh and local. Under the guidance of head chef Dan Sung, the menus includes delightful pub classics with a refreshing twist along with crafted dishes such as three-way duck, Walton Lodge Spring Rack of Lamb and a wonderful example of Dan’s signature style; Spicy Baked Malaysian Fish. All of the delicious menus are accompanied by an extensive drinks menu that includes real ales from local breweries.
