- Tell us a little about how you both met

We first met in secondary school, but it wasn’t until years later – when we unexpectedly crossed paths again, that’s when our love story began.
- What first attracted you to Peak Edge Hotel?

The natural charm of the venue, with wooden beams, exposed brick walls, and a bright open indoor space. It was everything we were looking for. The adorable highland cows truly sealed the deal for us.
- Describe your wedding day in 3 words

- What were the most important elements to you when planning your wedding day?
-
That the day was full of special moments, fun and laughter with meaningful touches. Our wedding co-ordinator Laura helped us plan for the most special day.
- What was your favourite dish at the reception and why?
-
All the food was amazing with our guest complimenting all their courses, but the Pizza was amazing.
- Did you have any specific moments during your reception that you particularly enjoyed?
-
Our last dance – As the room emptied and our guests stepped outside, our first dance song began to play once more. Through the windows, we saw the soft glows of our guests’ torches swaying side to side and everyone huddled together, each light held high by the beautiful people we love. In that quiet moment just the two of us surrounded by their warmth – it felt like time stood still.
- What tips/advice would you give to our future couples?

Take time to be together as newlyweds. The day will be beautiful, but the quiet moments we stole away; were the ones that felt truly magical.
