Very friendly and professional staff. Room very comfortable and clean with access to a safe and fridge in which there was complimentary bottled water and fresh milk to take with your coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Staff were amazing. So many of them! very attentive, friendly and polite. Rooms were spotless. Location again amazing. All my family and friends said the same thing. The best nights sleep. Beds very comfortable. Quality food that is locally sourced which I liked. Even though my room was near the events room I couldn’t hear a thing when my door was closed. The view from my room was beautiful Would highly recommend. My every need were catered for. Can’t wait to stay again

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, and it was the perfect choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic—quiet, serene, and ideal for a calm retreat. The décor was stunning, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. Our suite was absolutely beautiful! Spacious, elegant, and comfortable, it exceeded all our expectations. The attention to detail was noticeable, and it was such a pleasure to spend time in such a well-thought-out space.

The meal at the restaurant was lovely, and the staff made it even more special. We were so touched when we were congratulated on our wedding anniversary with a thoughtful card and a sweet treat after dinner. It was a wonderful touch that made the experience even more memorable. Overall, an unforgettable stay, and we can’t wait to return!

Cannot fault anything | Stayed: August 2025
From the minute we arrived, to the minute we left, there was not a single thing about which to complain.

We attended a family wedding. The location is beautiful with large gardens and plenty of outside seating. The food was beautifully presented and the flavours did not disappoint. All the staff were very well presented, polite and friendly. We stayed in the Ashover Suite which was immaculate and beautifully presented. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, with products being fresh and locally sourced. I could not fault it.

A beautiful hotel with lovely views from the sitting out area. Everything was high quality around the hotel with lots of attention to detail. Our room was spacious and had quite a luxurious feel about it. The restaurant food was excellent quality and very well cooked and the staff were very helpful and looked after us well.
