Tell us a little about your role, what does your typical day to day look like?
My role revolves around selling, planning, coordinating and executing weddings at both Peak Edge and Casa Hotel. A typical day can involve meeting with couples to discuss their big day, managing event logistics, liaising with various departments and ensuring every detail is perfectly in place to deliver a seamless and memorable wedding experience.
How long have you worked for Peak Edge?
Since May 2024 — so it’s been just over a year now!

What’s your favourite part of the job?
Definitely seeing all the planning come to life on the wedding day and witnessing the couple’s joy — it’s incredibly fulfilling to know I’ve played a part in such an important moment in their lives.
What’s your favourite item on the Red Lion menu?
I love the Eggs Royale!
Name your biggest achievement whilst working at Peak Edge
My biggest achievement so far has been reaching and coordinating 120 weddings within just over a year with my team, Laura and Francine. It’s been an incredibly rewarding experience to support so many couples on their special day, and it reflects the dedication, organisation and passion we bring to every event.
Just out of curiosity… what’s your favourite biscuit?
A Spanish biscuit called Príncipe (chocolate cream cookie).
