Enjoy a New Year’s Eve lunch from 12 PM to 4 PM for an earlier celebration. We’ll be serving our à la carte menu, featuring locally sourced, seasonal produce, a perfect way to spend the afternoon of New Year’s Eve.
Alternatively, join us in the evening to celebrate the New Year’s Eve tasting menu, featuring eight exquisite courses crafted to showcase the very best locally sourced ingredients. Begin with a selection of chef’s canapés, followed by homemade sourdough with flavoured butter. Delight in the delicate pan-seared king scallop with artichoke purée, crisps, and chive oil, or the earthy Hen of the Woods mushroom with shiitake and tarragon buckwheat. Savour the roasted monkfish tail with Puy lentils and pickled fennel, and the tender loin of venison with sweet potato boulangère, black garlic purée and blackberry jus. Refresh your palate with quince sorbet and green apple granita, then indulge in our Walton Lodge apple tart Tatin served with vanilla clotted cream.
