Tell us a little about your role, what does your typical day to day look like?
In my role, I’m responsible for greeting guests and making sure they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. I handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, respond to email enquiries promptly and manage incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional attitude. I really enjoy being that first point of contact and creating a positive experience for everyone who comes through the door.
How long have you worked for Peak Edge?
I have worked with the company for around a year and a half.

What’s your favourite part of the job?
I engage with guests in a warm and approachable manner, making sure they feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit. Whether they have questions, concerns or just need a friendly conversation, I’m always ready to listen and assist with genuine care and professionalism.
What’s your favourite item on the Red Lion menu?
There’s so many but Franklin & Sons Raspberry Lemonade is certainly my favourite.
Name your biggest achievement whilst working at Peak Edge
I was proud to be promoted from Receptionist to Guest Services Assistant Manager, a recognition of my commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and my ability to lead by example. The role has allowed me to take on greater responsibility, support my team and help ensure a consistently high standard of guest experience.
