Owen Taylor’s Beef is carefully selected from a handful of farms across the East Midlands their beef is hung for between 14 and 28 days as carcass meat as part of the maturation processand finally we smoke the steaks in a Kamodo Barbeque.

All steaks are served with Handcut Chips, Roasted Onion, Roasted Vine Tomato, Bearnaise and Watercress.

Cows Milk, Unpaseurised. Made by Jonathan and Dulcie Crickmore in Bungay, Suffold. Britain’s first unpasteauresed brie to be made on the farm in traditional large form and ladled only by hand.


Cows Milk, Unpasteurised. Made by Tom and Clare Noblet in Hutton Roof, Kirkby Londsdale, Cumbria. A traditional Dales recipe the cheese is 2 months old, light and fresh.


Cows Milk, Unpatuerised. Made by Jo Schneider in Cuckney, Nottinghamshire. Hand-ladled and made into traditional stilton recipe with unpastaurised milk. Creamy, nutty with a rich blue flavour.


Goats Milk, Unpasteurised. Made by Marion Roeleweld in Ballyshrule, Galway. G ouda-style cheese made from goats milk, sweet, floral and supple. Aged in house for 9 months.


Vintage Red Leicester made from unpasteurised cows milk by Jo and David Clarke in Market Boswroth, Leicesterhisre. The only unpasteurised farmhouse Red Leicester made in the world. Earthy and mellow with a flaky texture. This version is aged for 18 months.
